How do I open an account in
You can open an account in by completing two simple steps. (1st step) you have to enter the site and fill “join deepikamatrimonial” form or click any of the “register Free” link in the site and fill the details. After completion of the 1st step you will be entering in “basic information” page to add your personal details. The user can enter all information at one go, or choose to add a few essential fields the first time, and comeback and complete the profile later.

The search on has been designed in a user-friendly way so that it is always effective and yields the results that you are looking for. You can search and view the profiles by using the search box given in your login page. Also you can view a particular profile by search with profile ID.
What is partner preference? If I set my partner preference, how does it work ?
It is very important that set your partner preference along with the basic profile set although this is easy for other members to find he/she is a suitable partner you are looking for. More importantly, your periodical match alerts to your Email ID is based on the information you set in your partner preference.
How can I change the Login ID / Profile ID?
Login Id/ Profile ID once created cannot be changed. It is unique for each member. The only option that, you have to delete the current profile and create a new one.

All previous responds are saved in your profile.

Only paid members can view the contact details, Unpaid members, are not allowed to view the contact details.

Why should I include my photo with the profile?

How to upload the photographs?
a. Log-in to with your User name and Password
b. Click on "Add / Edit Photos" link from bottom of the shadow image
c. Click on " Upload ” button
d. Click on the "Browse" button , select a photograph you want to upload from your computer and click on "Upload
e. After, the uploaded image comes in to the window along with a crop size (325*325), click on the highlighted crop window and drag to the potion which u need as one of your photograph. You can also reduce the image size by clicking of outer arrows in the crop window. No need to crop the image, if it is size with short in pixel.
f. Click on “upload” to complete the process, then the message will show there “your photo uploaded successfully”.
g. if any problem happening while loading photographs, please feel free to contact the customer care numbers or mail the photographs to along with your profile ID and contact details
Can I change the photos I have uploaded?
Yes, You can change the photos you have attached at any time.
Is it possible to protect my photographs?
Yes, Photo protection is an option to hide your photo from others. You can protect your photo with a Password and only those members with whom you share your Password can view your photos. Go to “Add/ Edit Photos” and activate/deactivate the photo protection option.
Can I add horoscope in my profile?
Yes, you can generate your horoscope freely either at registration time or later through “Edit my profile”.
I found my soul-mate. my search is over. How can I delete / hide my profile?
We are very happy to know that you have found your soul-mate. To delete/hide your profile, logon to and precede to Account Information there you can see the options for hide and delete your profile.
Why am I still able to login after deleting the profile?
When a profile is deleted, the profile ID is deleted so that other members cannot view Profile. Login ID and password remains for future use.
